Henry Knowles B.Eng
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Henry is a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer at Trang Imagineering, with a strong background in heavy industry, mechanical design, and project delivery. His role focuses on the development of innovative, reliable, and efficient product solutions, supporting both manufacturing operations and site-based projects.
Prior to joining Trang, Henry spent seven years with BlueScope, working across a broad range of mechanical maintenance, asset improvement, and capital projects. He built a reputation for delivering under pressure, coordinating plant shutdowns, managing maintenance crews, and designing mechanical systems to Australian Standards. His experience spans breakdown response, risk assessments, and the supervision of complex mechanical projects in operational environments.
At Trang Imagineering, Henry applies his practical mindset and technical expertise to product technology development, site project supervision, and ongoing technical support. He is proficient in engineering software such as Autodesk Inventor, FEMAP with NX Nastran, and Space Gass, with additional skills in SAP ERP and ANSYS Workbench.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wollongong and has participated in international engineering programs, including the New Colombo Plan China Wind Energy Study Tour. His hands-on experience and collaborative approach make him a valuable part of the Trang engineering team.
Leef Kaskangam B.Eng
Design Engineer
Kittikorn (Leef) is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in Thailand. With over 20 years of valuable industry experience, he has honed his expertise in product development, having worked with renowned companies such as Samsung and Electrolux.
Throughout his career, Kittikorn has made significant contributions to the field of product development, leveraging his technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. His experience with reputable organizations has provided him with exposure to diverse projects, enabling him to excel in designing innovative and efficient products.
Kittikorn's deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, combined with his practical experience, equips him with the skills necessary to overcome challenges and deliver optimal solutions. His proficiency in developing products that meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations has been demonstrated through his work with globally recognized brands.

Nicholas Gresham B.Eng (Hons)
Mechanical Engineer
Nicholas is a dynamic Mechanical Engineer at Trang Imagineering, bringing a diverse background in mechanical design, product development, and rapid prototyping. His work is driven by a passion for innovative engineering solutions and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Before joining Trang, Nick held engineering roles across the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. At Xcel Tech, he led the mechanical and electrical design of a pioneering 22kW portable solar array, increasing system capacity without enlarging its footprint. He also established in-house digital fabrication capabilities, commissioning 3D printers, CNC machining, and laser cutting systems.
Earlier, at Energy Storage Industries, Nick managed mechanical design projects for iron flow battery systems, collaborating closely with electrochemical and fluid dynamics teams. His work included system optimisation through ANSYS Fluent simulations, component over-moulding for injection moulding, and the development of detailed 3D models for manufacturing.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, with minors in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Design. He’s skilled in CAD software including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Fusion 360, alongside FEA, CFD, and rapid prototyping tools.
Nick’s versatility, technical capability, and collaborative nature make him a valuable contributor to Trang Imagineering’s engineering team.
Gordon Howard B.Eng, CPEng
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Gordon Howard is a passionate innovator and problem solver, bringing a wealth of experience to his role at Trang Imagineering. As Senior Mechanical Engineer, Gordon is deeply involved in product technology development and site management, where his forward-thinking approach shapes the design and delivery of reliable, cost-effective, and high-performance solutions.
With a career spanning the development of both new and bespoke products, Gordon has a proven track record of creating designs that optimize functionality, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance product reliability. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Physical Metallurgy from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Drawing from two decades of experience in administration and office management, Jacki brings a wealth of expertise to her position as Business Manager. With a specific focus on purchasing and stock control, she plays a vital role in the smooth operation of Trang Imagineering.
Throughout her career, Jacki has gained extensive experience in various industries, including automotive, crane, and manufacturing sectors. Her diverse background has equipped her with comprehensive skills in all facets of office administration. Whether it's managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, handling financial matters, or overseeing projects, Jacki's proficiency covers a wide range of responsibilities.
As the Business Manager, Jacki's contributions extend beyond her specialized areas. Yangji Sherpa B.Eng
Mechanical Engineer
Yangji is a talented graduate engineer who holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Building upon this foundation, Yangji further pursued higher education and earned a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Queensland.
Proficiency in design software is a notable strength of Yangji's skill set. With expertise in applications such as Solid Edge, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, Yangji possesses the necessary tools to create and refine intricate designs. These software programs enable precise modeling and visualization, contributing to the development of innovative engineering solutions.
