Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
Adilbish is an experienced Civil and Structural Engineer with more than 14 years of engineering, construction and project delivery experience across the mining, infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors.
Holding both Bachelor and Master of Engineering qualifications in Structural Engineering, Adilbish is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and is registered on the National Engineering Register (NER).
Prior to joining Trang Imagineering, Adilbish held senior engineering roles on major mining and infrastructure projects, including the Oyu Tolgoi underground mine. His experience includes the design and review of structural steelwork, reinforced concrete structures, foundations, underground mine infrastructure, ore handling facilities, crane runways, workshops, roadways and other heavy industrial structures.
His broader civil and construction experience encompasses earthworks, roads, underground infrastructure, buildings and site development, together with design review, constructability, procurement, project management and construction support.
At Trang Imagineering, Adilbish provides Civil and Structural engineering capability across mining, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects, working closely with Trang's mechanical engineering and design teams to deliver practical, constructible engineering solutions.
Leef Kaskangam B.Eng
Mechanical Engineer
Kittikorn (Leef) is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in Thailand. With over 20 years of valuable industry experience, he has honed his expertise in product development, having worked with renowned companies such as Samsung and Electrolux.
Throughout his career, Kittikorn has made significant contributions to the field of product development, leveraging his technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. His experience with reputable organizations has provided him with exposure to diverse projects, enabling him to excel in designing innovative and efficient products.
Kittikorn's deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, combined with his practical experience, equips him with the skills necessary to overcome challenges and deliver optimal solutions. Nicholas Gresham B.Eng (Hons)
Mechanical Engineer
Nicholas is a dynamic Mechanical Engineer at Trang Imagineering, bringing a diverse background in mechanical design, product development, and rapid prototyping. His work is driven by a passion for innovative engineering solutions and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Before joining Trang, Nick held engineering roles across the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. At Xcel Tech, he led the mechanical and electrical design of a pioneering 22kW portable solar array, increasing system capacity without enlarging its footprint. He also established in-house digital fabrication capabilities, commissioning 3D printers, CNC machining, and laser cutting systems.
Earlier, at Energy Storage Industries, Nick managed mechanical design projects for iron flow battery systems, collaborating closely with electrochemical and fluid dynamics teams. His work included system optimisation through ANSYS Fluent simulations, component over-moulding for injection moulding, and the development of detailed 3D models for manufacturing.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, with minors in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Design. He’s skilled in CAD software including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Fusion 360, alongside FEA, CFD, and rapid prototyping tools.
Nick’s versatility, technical capability, and collaborative nature make him a valuable contributor to Trang Imagineering’s engineering team.
Gordon Howard B.Eng

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Gordon Howard is a passionate innovator and problem solver, bringing a wealth of experience to his role at Trang Imagineering. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Physical Metallurgy from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Business Operations Manager
Drawing from two decades of experience in administration and office management, Jacki brings a wealth of expertise to her position as Business Manager. With a specific focus on purchasing and stock control, she plays a vital role in the smooth operation of Trang Imagineering.
Throughout her career, Jacki has gained extensive experience in various industries, including automotive, crane, and manufacturing sectors. Her diverse background has equipped her with comprehensive skills in all facets of office administration. Whether it's managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, handling financial matters, or overseeing projects, Jacki's proficiency covers a wide range of responsibilities.

Yangji Sherpa B.Eng
Mechanical Engineer
Yangji is a talented mechanical engineer who holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Building upon this foundation, Yangji further pursued higher education and earned a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Queensland.
Proficiency in design software is a notable strength of Yangji's skill set. With expertise in applications such as Solid Edge, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, Yangji possesses the necessary tools to create and refine intricate designs.
