Preliminary Layouts
Before detailed design works are commenced, basic layouts are created to ensure the basic design scope has been properly established. This reduces the risk of design snags being identified later in the project.
Detailed Fabrication Shop Drawings
The detailed drawings are often the key deliverable for many construction projects. As we use the same dataset for all phases of the project, from concept to analysis, the design does not need to be replicated multiple times during the process. This ensures that any modifications are reflected in associated engineering processes.
Detailed Design

Project management
Having been involved with the project since inception, our engineers have an in-depth understanding of the reasoning behind its design. Trang offers project management support throughout all the construction phases. These services can be on an EPC/EPCM contract, or on a schedule of rates basis.
Structural Verification
Big structures often have big loads. We ensure your structure is suitable to withstand any loading requirements (such as wind and earthquakes) associated with the region where the equipment is being constructed.
Design Support
During the construction phase, Trang can provide design support if additional clarity is required for some assembly operations. Alternatively, if design modifications are required, we can also supply updates to the design that reflect the final as-built arrangement.
Mechanical Verification
Platforms, handrails, tanks, pressure vessels and lifting beams all have various performance and compliance requirements. We perform analysis and refer to associated standards to ensure that the equipment is compliant. We also provide engineering certification where necessary.
Documentation
If the project requires documentation as part of the handover, Trang can supply packages to compile not only the mechanical and structural elements but also the compliance and certification documentation. This can extend to the 3rd party OEM component providers.
